Biodegradable Trash Bags

Description

These trash bags are durable and leak-proof while maintaining the ability to be composted, being made of cornstarch. It wouldn’t make much sense to be environmentally conscious in the waste you produce and then wrap it up in a plastic bag, right?

These bags are 13.2 gallons (50 liters), which are suitable for most large kitchen trash bins. 25 bags come in a roll.

Materials

These bags are made from cornstarch, which is 100% biodegradable and compostable. Suitable for home or industrial composting.

A water-based ink is used for the print on the bags.

The manufacturer’s factory does not use any single-use plastic in the production process of the compostable bags. The water and ink used in printing on the bags is processed after each round, reusing as much ink as possible. After there is no more ink to recover from a batch, the wastewater is treated and reused in the next batch of printing, creating a fully closed loop system.

Care & Disposal

Store these bags in a dry place, such as a kitchen cupboard or pantry to avoid getting them wet.

You can dispose of your waste in these trash bags the same way you would a normal trash bag, either dropped off at a waste facility or picked up by your waste removal service.

The small wrap that comes on a roll is made from recycled and recyclable Kraft paper.
